I’m a Qualified Integrative Counsellor, offering a calm and confidential space to explore emotional and personal challenges.
My work is grounded in a Humanistic, Person-Centred approach, drawing on an integrative blend of relational and reflective practices.
I believe growth and self-understanding develop through empathy, authenticity, and a safe therapeutic relationship, where you are met without judgement and at your own pace.
